Questions: Questions are usually answered same day, or within 24 hours on business days. If you send an inquiry on the weekend or on a holiday, it will be taken care of on the next business day, in the order it was received. While there will be exceptions, we will normally not be able to respond when the office is closed, no matter how many times you email us.
Return Policy: Per eBay policy and as noted on each listing detail, we accept returns within 14 days of buyer receipt. Please do not wait until this time period has expired to ask for a return. All items returned must be in the same condition as when shipped, that means new, unworn with tag. Once the item is received back by us, a refund of the buy it now price will be refunded via PayPal, less a restocking/handling fee. Shipping is non refundable, as it is a service provided by USPS.
Refused shipments: Our shipments always ship to the address on the PayPal payment, unless you confirm other arrangements. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs if an item is returned as undeliverable. Shipping will not be refunded or paid again by us. If you still want the item you will have to provide correct shipping information and pay the shipping cost to have the item reshipped.
Honest Mistakes: Sometimes shipping errors do happen, and on rare occasion an item will not be correctly described. It is our intention to have 100% accuracy but sometimes we fall short of that. If you experience any issues please email us to report the error and will resolve it promptly.
Lost shipping: Packages are shipped via the USPS and sometimes items can take a few days to arrive. You will be automatically emailed the detailed shipping tracking information. If you have not received an item, look in your "MY EBAY" page for the specific item and you can find the shipping tracking number.
Damaged in mail: If your item is damaged in shipping, please email immediately and DO NOT discard the package the item was mailed in. Send us photos of the original packaging and the item. Do resolve the shipping damage, depending on the item and the shipping class; you may have to contact your local post office to file the claim.
Sizing: Manufacturers design their clothing to fit the athlete that will be wearing each style. A running jacket will fit differently than a basketball jacket. A polo shirt will fit differently than a jersey. For this reason we list the specific measurements of each item. Please check these measurements before you make a purchase.
Local Item Pick-up: Under normal circumstances we are not set up to do any local pickups.
