This is an authentic piece from Ghana that is made of bronze or brass, showcasing the intricate craftsmanship and unique designs of the Ashanti people. These are not easy to date, but we can estimate a make-date sometime between the early 1800s to the early 1900s.  Each weight (I have listed numerous singletons and lots) holds historical significance as a form of currency and storytelling tool, making this piece a desirable addition for collectors of African antiques.

Rock NOT included.
