SHIPPING UPDATES/OBSERVATIONS:

*Ebay standard envelope: the tracking on this service doesn’t always update. If the tracking doesn’t update it can give the impression that I’ve just printed the label and then done nothing else. Rest assured this is not the case!! I am able to stop by the post office just about every morning, so in many instances your items will be shipped the next day after payment is received (sometimes same day if the circumstances break right). In my experience with the EBay standard envelope it either gets there in 3 days, 3 weeks or never and there isn’t any real pattern. If you have not received your items after 14 days please send me a message so I can follow up.

*Holidays/Winter storms/Staffing/USPS: My mail goes through the Louisville distribution center which is severely understaffed. Sometimes ground advantage packages sit there for 7-10+ days before moving to the next destination. This usually starts after Thanksgiving and subsides about mid-February. I have no secret access to any alternate tracking - what you see on eBay is what I see.

CARD CONDITIONS/EXPECTATIONS:

The vast majority of cards for our player lots come from large collections that we purchase and then break down individually. With that said, I come across cards in just about every imaginable condition. I do try and select the best available cards for the player lots…but understand that quality control is nothing more than a quick glance (due to time constraints). Any severely damaged cards I definitely try to toss unless they are really old. Understand though that there may be a blemish or two that goes undetected - especially those surface issues that are only visible at certain angles/lighting. The bottom line is that not every card will be a gem mint 10. Please examine the supplied pictures carefully and ask additional questions regarding quality PRIOR TO bidding or purchasing.

For listings with “No duplicates” in the title and/or description: There may be cards that are very similar but are in fact different (i.e. refractor, foil card, facsimile autograph on front, colored parallel, gold/bronze/silver font, reprint, insert, stamp on front, “glossy”, etc). Any duplication of the exact same card is purely accidental.

Also, I am getting older. My eyes are getting a little worse. A lot of times I’m sorting these cards late at night and after going through thousands of cards in a session all the cards can start looking alike.

Just trying to be transparent about my process. Our main goal is to try and get cards into the hands of collectors at reasonable prices. I take it seriously… even though most of my lots are less than $10. It’s a hobby we enjoy and we want each buyer to be satisfied with their purchase.
