This is a 1993 Ten (10) Roubles Russian coin featuring the Double Eagle and Value on Reverse. I have graded this coin as XF; however, I am not a professional coin grader so I ask that you make your own judgment based on the photos that are provided. Note: there is a scuff on the obverse edge, which should be visible in the photos. The coin is made of copper-nickel and is the same size as a U.S. Nickel at approximately .8125 inches in diameter.
