They are 95% Polyester 5% elastane (Excl any trim/lining)and they are a lovely soft stretchy plain black pair of leggings with white contrast piping trim  and they have a fully elasticated waistband, pull on style, with an embroidered logo badge on the front of the waistband, and gentle taper leg style, and they are in very nice condition, with no tatty hems, no rips, stains or holes, and no inner thigh threadbare chaffing or holing, and *(*and  priced to sell no returns etc).
