Order Cancellation & Lost-in-Transit Policy

Orders may be canceled immediately if the request is made before the package is dropped off at our local shipping center.

If a cancellation is requested after the package has been dropped off, the buyer must wait to receive the item and initiate a return.

An item is considered lost in transit if there is no tracking movement for seven consecutive days. In such cases, a refund will be issued.

Please note that once a package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
