This is a Zipp 404 Firecrest Tubular 700C Carbon Wheelset for rim brake use.
This wheelset has a freehub
that is compatible with Shimano/SRAM 11 Speed cassettes.
The
wheelset is used, but the condition generally looks very good, they
are fully functional and have plenty of life left. That said these wheels are not brand
new and do have wear from use, please review the pictures to ensure you
are satisfied
with the appearance before you purchase.
Front hub is new. It was replaced by Zipp during a recall and has not been ridden since. These wheels are true and round and the rear freehub bearings are excellent, they still seem to spin forever as is typical with Zipp.
This listing is for both Zip 404 wheels as shown, and the rear tire shown in the pictures is also included but it has been installed for
several years and should probably be replaced. No quick releases, cassettes, or other parts are included.
