You are buying an Avon Vinyl Navy Blue Tote Bag in the original package. This bag was made exclusively for Avon.  The bag is navy blue vinyl with nylon backing.  The tote is 12" tall, 14" wide and 5" deep deep at the base.  It has one handle which extends about 10" above the bag.  It has one snap closure at the top of the bag.  This item is new - old stock (1998).  It has never been used.  This is a very sturdy tote bag.  It has many uses (travel, shopping, beach bag, etc.).
