You are buying a used Ford pulley.  Part number is C90E-8509-D.  This is a 4-bolt, single groove water pump pulley, approx 6" outside diameter, and approx. 2 1/2" deep (when measured on a table).  I ususally sell Mopar parts but this was in a box of pulleys I bought. 

I see others showing it for 69-70 390 Mustang and Cougar models but do your own research. Needs to be cleaned up and repainted, someone sprayed some black paint on it. Solid part.
