Unconditional Return Policy
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
I have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be the original condition.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
Please contact me first for return before you ship it back to me.
The postage of the returned goods is a seller burden.
International Buyers - Please Note:

Shipping & Import Policy:
Orders shipped to the United States are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any applicable import duties are handled accordingly.
Orders shipped to all other countries are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
For DDU shipments, import VAT and duties are calculated by local customs authorities based on the total declared value (item price + shipping cost). Even if shipping is listed as “free,” transportation costs may still be included in the taxable amount.
In addition, the carrier (e.g., FedEx/DHL) may charge a customs clearance or administrative fee.
All import taxes, duties, and clearance fees (for DDU shipments) are the buyer’s responsibility.
