Step 1: Tighten the screw at the bottom of the silver handle in the direction of the handle.
Step 2: Loosen the hexagonal screw on the reverse side of the red part. If the screw is too tight, the tool may not rotate properly or adjust its cutting position.
Step 3: Place the oil filter on the cutter and adjust the size according to the filter diameter before cutting.
