The matte finish, 32 page, black and white with color highlight, cardstock cover information book, is approx. 8-1/4" wide x 10-1/2" high, appears to be complete, and comes as shown. Cover has some light edge and corner wear, including some wrinkles on edges, spine cracks and rear cover has a vertical crease on the spine edge, pressed flat from storage. There is some spotting, smudges and cover is lightly toning on edges. Interior pages are also lightly toning, but remain supple. Staples are rusty. Be sure to view all pics.
