ESCLUSIONE DEL RESO: Trattandosi di prodotti sigillati ("Sealed Product"), il valore risiede interamente nell'integrità del sigillo di fabbrica. NON si accettano resi per nessun motivo se il cellophane originale o il sigillo Wizards viene rimosso, manomesso o danneggiato. Aprendo il pacco, l'acquirente accetta questa condizione.
DOCUMENTAZIONE ANTI-FRODE: Ogni fase del processo di imballaggio (verifica integrità box, inserimento nella scatola, sigillatura del pacco) viene interamente registrata tramite video continuo. Tale video riporta l'etichetta di spedizione e sarà utilizzato come prova documentale presso eBay e le autorità competenti in caso di tentativi di truffa (es. reclami per "pacco vuoto" o "oggetto diverso").
RESPONSABILITÀ DELLA SPEDIZIONE: Ai sensi dell'art. 1510 del Codice Civile, la responsabilità del venditore termina con la consegna del pacco al corriere. La merce viaggia a rischio dell'acquirente.

NO RETURNS: Since these are sealed products ("Sealed Product"), their value lies entirely in the integrity of the factory seal. Returns will NOT be accepted for any reason if the original cellophane or Wizards seal is removed, tampered with, or damaged. By opening the package, the buyer accepts this condition.
ANTI-FRAUD DOCUMENTATION: Every stage of the packaging process (checking the box, placing the item in the box, sealing the package) is fully recorded via continuous video. This video includes the shipping label and will be used as documentary evidence with eBay and the relevant authorities in the event of attempted fraud (e.g., complaints about "empty package" or "different item").
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY: Pursuant to Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code, the seller's liability ends upon delivery of the package to the courier. The goods travel at the buyer's risk.
ACCEPTION WITH RESERVATIONS: The item will be shipped in highly protective professional packaging (rigid box and shock-absorbent padding). The buyer is asked to sign "Reserved for Inspection" if the outer package shows dents or signs of tampering, to allow for any compensation against the courier.
