Charizard 4/102 Holo – 1999 Pokémon Base Set (Unlimited) – Damaged / Creased Binder Card

This is an original 1999 Pokémon Base Set Charizard 4/102 holographic card (Unlimited) from the early era of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

This card comes from the late-1990s Pokémon boom, when cards were actively played, traded, and enjoyed rather than immediately stored away for grading or investment. Because of this, many surviving cards from that time show genuine signs of handling and gameplay.

After those early years, this card was stored in a protective box where it remained untouched for over 25 years until recently rediscovered.

For many collectors, cards like this capture the authentic spirit of the original Pokémon era, when holographic cards like Charizard were the centrepiece of decks, trades, and schoolyard battles.

Condition – Please Read Carefully

This card is ungraded and being sold in DAMAGED condition. Full transparency is provided so buyers can clearly assess the condition before purchasing.

Visible flaws include:

- A large diagonal crease/dent running across the card which is visible on both the front and back

- The crease is clearly shown in photographs under different lighting angles

- Foil lifting/peeling on both bottom corners

- Bottom corners show slight upward bending where the foil has separated

- Edge wear and corner rounding consistent with handling and gameplay

- Small speck marks/dots present on parts of the card surface from age and long-term storage

- Light scratching visible on the holographic foil surface

Additional photos have been provided specifically to highlight these areas so collectors can judge the condition accurately.

The card has not been cleaned, altered, or restored. I chose to leave it exactly as it was found rather than risk damaging the card.
