Antique Continental Sterling Silver Coffee Spoons

(Set of Three)

Offered here is a matched set of three antique Continental sterling silver coffee spoons, each measuring approximately 5 inches in length. Combined weight is approximately 1 troy ounce (about 1/3 oz per spoon). The spoons have a simple fiddle-style handle and lightly irregular bowls, showing evidence of hand finishing typical of late 19th-century small workshop production. The pieces are not monogrammed.

Each spoon bears small individual punch marks including a profile head, anchor/arrow device, lowercase “f,” and uppercase “GF.” While the exact maker and region have not been conclusively identified, XRF testing confirms the silver content as .925 sterling.

Condition: Very good antique condition with light surface wear consistent with age. No bends, repairs, or visible plate loss. Clean and ready for use or collection. These understated spoons offer authentic 19th-century character and would suit collectors of Continental silver or those seeking refined nantique tableware with history.
