DPF Service Function
DPF Regeneration is used to clear PM (Particulate Matter) from the DPF filter through continuous combustion oxidation mode (such us high temperature heating conbustion, fuel additive or catalyst reduce PM ignition conbustion) to stabilize the filter perfornance. ​ Avoid costly replacement of the filters. Lower Overall Maintenance Costs.

Why did the DPF Regeneration Fail？

For DPF regen, Generally to  successfully perform the DPF regeneration, pls kindly meet these demands

  • 1, Pls make sure the engine does not have trouble codes or other phisical malfunctions, if has, pls repair it firstly;
  • 2, Engine running at idle speed, and water temperature should be higher than 80 Celse Degree.
  • 3, Coolant temperature is higher than 60"C Degree;  Fuel temperature is lower than 70"C degree;
  • 4, The DPF soot level is higher than 80% full;  Need to be regen.

Why did the Removal of Speed Limit Fail？ 
  • 1.ECU Password Restriction
    If the ECU is password-protected, you may need to remove the password restriction before you can modify it.
  • 2.Engine Failure 
    If the engine is faulty, the speed limit setting may be locked or cannot be modified. Engine faults must be resolved before modifying the speed limit.
  • 3.Vehicle Startup Status
    For safety reasons, you may need to turn off the vehicle or enter a specific mode before you can modify the speed limit.
  • 4. Non-ECU Controlled Speed Limits
    The speed limit of some vehicles is not necessarily controlled by the ECU, but may be controlled by the GPS system or instrument module. In this case, simply modifying the engine speed limit may not achieve the desired effect.
  • 5. Parameter Reset Requirements
