Bottom of the sign is damaged and pieces back together. 

Previous owner put it on a yard sign to try and preserve it. It's safe for shipping but not sure you will be able to remove it from yard sign without damaging it more. 

Given the size, shipping varies depending on which carrier is used. USPS has a better rate for further shipping, while UPS has a better rate for closer shipping. USPS will be selected as default, the cheapest shipping method will be used and excess shipping refunded to the buyer.
