Fudgy Brownies
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Butter or oil an 8-inch square baking pan.
Whisk together eggs, melted butter or oil, and water. Add brownie mix and stir with a spoon until combined. Spread batter in prepared baking pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out with just a few crumbs, 30-35 minutes for metal pans and 35-40 minutes for glass pans. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.
Makes 16 two-inch brownies.
Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), flour blend (enriched wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], potato starch, potato flour), sugar, cocoa (processed with alkali), cocoa powder, sea salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate).
