The title of this book is misleading; the book is about the history of Romanian gymnastics, Olympic politics, and the Karolis with Nadia's story a part of a bigger political picture.  It's a difficult read detailing the abuse the gymnasts endured but you won't watch the Olympics the same after reading it.
