**Overstock/Warehoused Inventory Disclaimer**  

These items are brand new, never installed, in original factory packaging from LG overstock inventory. They have been professionally warehoused in a climate-controlled environment in Houston, TX. While we describe them as new and assume they are in proper working order based on their sealed condition and manufacturer specs, they are sold as overstock surplus.  

- No manufacturer warranty is transferred or provided by us (contact LG directly if needed for any remaining factory warranty eligibility).  

- We do not test or open units prior to sale.  

- Minor cosmetic imperfections on packaging (e.g., dust, light shelf wear, or label fading) may exist due to storage—unit itself is unused and sealed.  

- Sold in "as-is" condition regarding any potential long-term storage effects. No returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incompatibility.  

- Freight/large-item returns (if accepted under eBay's Money Back Guarantee) are buyer's responsibility for shipping costs and repackaging. Local pickup strongly recommended to inspect in person.
