In the description it says.
Parallel: 1:3 sets.
Gold Star unnumbered.
Blue Star - unnumbered, limited to 299.
Orange Border unnumbered, limited to 99.
FoilFractor - #d 1/1.
IT can also be verified on the Beckett web site. Search for the "2021 Topps Blue Star"
You will see that they list the set as having a print run of 99
