The movement running when I shake (like picture and video).
But seem stem is cut (or break) that still can see the rest of stem inside the movement. I sell for Part/Repair and Project.

The Dial is RARE with IWC sign for tank watch style of early IWC (like exactly picture). 
It is old condition at 6h clock (like exactly picture) but I think this can be good for the watch from 1930s-1940s early tank watch of IWC to repair.

Hand like exactly picture and missing minute hand.
