Pasta should always be dried completely before cooking or storing for future use and this drying rack makes it really easy to do that while saving space. It also includes a pasta wand that is stored in the center tube that allows you to safely transport your pasta to a boiling pot of water or bags for storage. Once you're done, the pasta wand conveniently stores right back into the tube saving space for storage without hassle. You can also transport your dried pasta by pulling up the black knob to remove it then, one by one, carefully remove a single rod starting from top to bottom. And clean-up is a cinch too! The entire drying rack can be cleaned by wiping with a clean damp cloth. After cleaning, fold in its 3 legs and put all the rods to one side. This allows for easy storage that only takes up very little room.
