Product Description
1. The device should be used within the rated pressure range as much as possible, and over range use is prohibited.

3. The calibration table should be placed on a stable operating platform to avoid entering environments with corrosive gases and dust particles.
4. If not used for a long time, the equipment should be stored in a dry, non corrosive gas environment;
5. Apply pressure evenly with a lever, and do not use force to close or open the valve.
6. Regularly clean the impurities inside the filter to prevent affecting the service life of the equipment

Pressure calibration
First, connect the tested meter to the output of the tested meter and the standard meter to the output of the standard meter. Rotate the switching valve knob and press it in, open the shut-off valve, turn the pressure adjustment counterclockwise, close the pressure relief valve, use a hand pump to pressurize to about 0.5-4.0 MPa, then close the shut-off valve, use the pressure adjustment to pressurize to the required pressure. When releasing pressure, first open the pressure relief valve and then open the shut-off valve
Vacuum calibration
First, connect the tested meter to the output of the tested meter, and connect the standard meter to the output of the standard meter. Rotate and pull out the switching valve knob, open the shut-off valve, adjust the pressure and pressure in a clockwise direction, close the pressure relief valve, and use a hand pump to pump pressure to the desired vacuum value. When releasing pressure, first open the pressure relief valve and then open the shut-off valve.
