Clean the Area
Thoroughly clean the dented area using a clean, damp cloth to remove dirt and grease.
Prepare the Glue Gun
Insert the glue stick into the glue gun, connect it to the power supply, and allow it to preheat for approximately 5 minutes.
Choose the Right Pulling Tab
Select a pulling tab that matches the size of the dent.
Tip: Larger dents require larger tabs for stronger pulling force.
Apply the Glue
Pull the trigger and apply hot melt glue evenly to the back of the pulling tab, ensuring the glue fills all holes.
Attach the Pulling Tab
Quickly place the glued tab in the center of the dent and press gently.
Allow the glue to cool and fully bond for about 8 minutes (do not exceed 10 minutes).
Pull the Dent
Align the T-shaped dent puller with the tab, secure it, and slowly pull the sliding rod backward to lift the dent.
Check and Adjust
Use a line board to check the surface. If needed, lightly tap down high spots with a flattening hammer or pen.
Clean the Area
Remove remaining glue and clean the repaired area with a damp cloth.
