USB mini-Y cable, 2x plug A to mini-B plug (5-pin), for connecting 2.5' hard drive cases with power supply via the mini-USB port. Some external hard drives require more power than the USB port can supply. This cable is used over the 2nd USB plug also released power. However, the external hard drive must be designed for such a power supply, i.e. the cable mainly serves as a replacement cable.
