Both GPS units power on and seem to work. They will probably need updating.  The TomTom has scuffs and scratches but it works. Doesn't include mount or power cable.  (I used the Garmins to power it up) .  The Garmen is in better condition with less marks. Does include power cable but no mount.  Ships same business day.
