As one of the titles in the publisher's Cross and Crown series, the book compares the spirituality of two great figures in the Roman Catholic Church- St Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus and St Francis de Sales, the well known holy French Bishop of Geneva.
Condition of the book graded Good to Very Good with interior text fresh, clean and unmarked, but note it was a library book Sisters of St Joseph, with card pocket still attached inside front cover and institution stamp on three sides of the page block. An acetate cover was once attached and has slightly marked the lower edge of the front and back cover boards. As-is condition noted – still a collectible and unusual vintage 1st edition.
