Deposits and Payments: We require a $1,000 deposit to place a firm hold on any vehicle. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are due immediately after an auction ends or offer has been accepted. Buyers then have 7 days to make final payment. The balance can be paid via wire transfer, certified funds or your loan check. We do not accept credit cards for more than $1,000 and we do not accept personal checks for any amount.

Fees: A $335 document prep fee will be added to the sale price of any vehicle.

Sign Your Paperwork ASAP: Once your deposit has been placed, it is vitally important to sign your preliminary papework as soon as you receive it. Whether you purchase your vehicle on eBay, over the phone or on another site, a firm hold cannot be placed on any vehicle without a deposit and signed preliminary paperwork. This means that even if you call us with credit card info for a deposit, your vehicle can still be sold to someone else if you do not sign the paperwork we send you. This does not happen often, but it does happen. Any vehicle can be sold at any time and we will not be held responsible for advertisement cancellations.

Shipping/Export Services: We ship many vehicles to clients around the U.S. and we ship to many ports that take our vehicles to detinations around the globe. Please call or email us if you need a transport quote. Any transportation to or from BusesForSale is at your expense. We do not cover or include transport costs in the sale of any vehicle.
