Shipping:

Items are packaged prior to listing with the most economical shipping method selected.  These include USPS, UPS & FedEx. All items will be shipped in a traceable carrier. Items over $750 US require a signature upon delivery.  Tracking details will be provided upon shipping.

Shipping costs for all items are actual rates from the carriers.  We do not artificially inflate shipping rates, Lots of scammers on eBay practice this.  We do not believe in this practice.

Shipping and handling time is usually 2-3 business days depending on auction close excluding weekends/public holidays.

Returns:

All USED & Vintage items are sold AS-IS with no warranty.  I cannot stress this enough. By bidding on the auction, you as the buyer are accepting these terms and conditions.  I encourage you to ask any questions regarding the item prior to bidding for your own due diligence. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but please be aware that performance of used & vintage items is variable and beyond our control. We will do our best to accurately describe item condition and any known defects.  

We do not accept returns on vintage, used or units listed as parts or not working, and we are not Amazon. We do not accept returns due to buyer remorse. All Sales are final.

We do our best to represent the item correctly and accurately.  To comply with eBay seller protection policies and money back guarantee, if a return is required, it will be at your expense to return the item within 10 days.  Any refunds will be 50% of the item winning value upon receipt and inspection of the return in the same condition and packaging and serial number as it was shipped.

We track all serial numbers and will inspect for any item compromise or buyer damages when items arrive. If an item is determined to have been modified or compromised in any way, no refunds will be issued.

Damage claims from shipping will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.  If shipping insurance is not selected or requested. The buyer assumes all shipping risk if insurance is not selected. USPS by default is insured for up to $100.  For any items selling for over $100.00, we will add insurance at your request or our discretion depending on final value of the item. We do not add insurance to items listed as parts - not working to save you on shipping.
