Item Details - please check photos carefully before buying, the item in the photos is the item you will receive.

Questions - we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the item, please ask before making your purchase. 

Shipping - all items will be sent boxed and well packaged, all items will be tracked, we set a target of 5 days for preparation and dispatch but we are usually much quicker than this, expected arrival times will be shown on your order details. Some loose figures may be sent in padded envelopes.

Tracking numbers - all items are sent tracked, we prefer to use and support our local Post Office so tracking numbers are not uploaded automatically which may mean your item appears to be untracked. We are happy to provide tracking numbers on request, please just ask.

Offers - we will consider offers on any item however we are not obliged to accept offers.

Returns - we are happy to accept returns for any reason whatsoever, buy with confidence, if you aren't happy simply send it back.

Combined shipping - we combine shipping, items must be bought together to qualify for a combined shipping discount. If paying full price, shipping will be calculated automatically. If making offers please request either a shipping invoice or a combined shipping refund if payment was automatically taken.

International orders - we ship internationally only using eBay's Global Shipping Programme please check shipping costs before making a purchase.
