This Basic Edition delivers the same aerodynamic geometry and balance as the premium Aero version, but printed in high-quality PLA — a proven material for this platform. Despite its simplicity, the Helix in PLA has logged extensive flight hours in variable mountain conditions, demonstrating excellent stability, predictable handling, and easy field repairability.
Each kit is professionally printed in-house at Raven Dynamics HQ using tuned parameters for strength, accuracy, and fitment. The result is a clean, ready-to-assemble platform compatible with standard RC electronics.
