Daphne Art Nouveau Wall Plaque Chronier 01 Resin Relief Mythology Sculpture

Offered here is a beautiful Art Nouveau–style wall relief plaque depicting Daphne, the nymph from Greek mythology, shown in an elegant, flowing pose inspired by late-19th-century European design. The plaque is clearly titled “DAPHNÉ” on the front and reflects the organic, symbolic aesthetic that made Art Nouveau famous.

This piece is signed “G. Chronier 01–”, identifying it as a designer-signed Art Nouveau revival sculpture created in the early 2000s. Chronier designs were produced for decorative art and gallery décor markets and are known for their mythological themes and sculptural depth.

The plaque is made of cast resin and was originally finished in a decorative patina. At some point it was painted silver by a previous owner, giving it the appearance of a metallic relief. The silver finish presents very nicely with an even, attractive surface and strong visual impact.

Designed to be displayed as wall art, the back features four mounting holes for secure installation.
