TERMS OF PAYMENT
The items displayed on our page are USED parts, salvaged from scrapped cars. Therefore, parts may show some sign of use by displaying minor scratches or potentially slight rust. Due to this, we recommend carefully reviewing all the product information such as pictures and description prior to purchase. Assistance can be provided to customers if need be, you may get in touch with us by calling.
Most electronic parts such as Radios, SAT NAV, ECU’s etc may need to be coded by an auto electric specialist
Our accepted payment methods are - PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash. To make a bank transfer, please contact us prior to purchase. Cash payments are only accepted if you are coming to collect the item.

SHIPPING
Eligible listings are posted within the next working day, please look at the Postage and Payments tab to find out the approximate delivery time and price for your specific item. Please provide your phone number when ordering from us, it will help to deliver your item with no delays if any extra information is needed. Only items purchased before 12pm will be dispatched the same day (working day). Items that are purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Dispatch time can be affected by 3rd party shipping companies.
IN THE UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCE THAT YOUR ITEM’S DELIVERY IS DELAYED BEYOND 48 HOURS. PLEASE CONTACT US
We are striving to provide our clients with ONLY undamaged items by packing them as safely as possible before dispatch. Please check your item for any visual damage when delivered. If the item has visible damage upon delivery, please notify the courier when accepting and sign for item as "Damaged". This is very important, as it affects the items eligibility for any refunds. We won't be able to issue a refund if the item is marked as delivered properly and no damages are shown in the description.
All items can be collected during our working hours 9am - 6pm (Every working day). It is preferred that you give us a call before collection, so the order can be prepared before your arrival.
Pallet deliveries - Please make sure someone can receive and sign for the delivery of the pallet(s), failing to do so will result in delivery being made next working day and extra delivery charges may be applied.
IMPORTANT:
COLLECTION POINT FOR ITEMS SUCH AS ENGINES GEARBOXES MAY VARY DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE ITEM.
We will notify you of the collection point for such items however it is vital that you contact us before your arrival for us to prepare the collection as it requires us to travel to our second location in the city to be ready for your arrival.
RETURNS
In case you have any issues with the part you receive - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK and we will do our best to leave you satisfied with our service.
If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is received by the customer. If we are out of stock for the specific part - you will be issued a full refund.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item only in the event that a mistake on the customer’s end has occurred. If the item is returned because of a customer's mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item number not matching), the shipping cost must be covered by the customer for a successful return.
All parts come with a 30-day warranty. We recommend that you send back your item using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period, we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour/garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of this part.
All our items are security marked. If the returned part won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - warranty will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.
