This is a Star Wars Episode 1 Qui-Gon Jinn 30" non electronic RED BLADE lightsaber.  This is the shorter lightsaber that retreats into the hilt, but it does not light up or make noise.    It features the red button on the hilt allows the blade to be extended.  It is not spring loaded for extension.  And a belt clip.  The entire length of the toy, blade + handle is 31 inches.  The blade is 21 inches.  This toy was made by Hasbro in 1999, and is preowned.  It has scratches on the paint.   This toy does not come with any instructions or packaging.  It only comes with what us in the pictures.
