Additional Terms
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Returns sent with collect or
on-delivery charges will be refused. Please allow up to five business days for claim processing,
as
reviews may involve departments in both the U.S. and our corporate team.
Electronics, such as ECUs, sensors, and wiring harnesses, are non-refundable unless otherwise
noted.
Once opened or tampered with, these items are no longer refundable.
For mistaken purchases or items no longer needed, refunds will exclude shipping charges and may
incur a 20% restocking fee if the item is undamaged.
