You are bidding on a superb Sansui TU-9900 stereo tuner. This tuner is considered by most audiophiles to be among the very best ever produced. This particular unit was exceptionally well preserved by the original owner. It is in outstanding cosemtic and working condition.
This tuner has been carefully tested and is in top-notch working condition. Reception is clear and clean on both AM and FM bands. FM stereo reception was clean and quiet with excellent separation.
The controls and switches have been cleaned and lubed for smooth and silent operation. All lights have been checked and replaced as needed. The mechanical tuning system has been lubricated for smooth and precise tuning action. The interior has been blown out with compressed air to remove dust and prevent overheating and extend component life (it was very clean to begin with).
