About us: We are a family owned and operated business (since 1939). We are an Authorized Lionel Sales and Factory Trained Service Station.  We sell at our store, our website and on eBay. We do our best to keep everything updated on eBay but there could be an occasion we sell something off eBay and may not be able to update right away. If this rare situation does happen and we have less in stock than listed on eBay, we will contact you asap and let you know. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Best Offers: While we appreciate your interest in our items, we do not accept any best offer requests. This is the reason we do not list them this way. Our new items are always listed at a discount from MSRP and the preowned items we list are always at a fair price so they can find a new home quickly. Additionally, some items we sell are on consignment and we are unable to change the price. We appreciate your understanding here.

Payment: Payment is expected through eBay within 5 days of purchase. No items will be shipped until payment is made.

Shipping: Shipping is typically done through USPS Ground Shipping or Priority Mail. For larger items we may use UPS. We normally ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. We do combine shipping but prefer if you enter all items to cart prior to payment so that shipping will be combined automatically. If you choose store pick-up, there will be no shipping charges.

Returns: Please message us prior to going through eBay with any issues you may have with your purchase. We are often able to correct any issues without needing to file through eBay. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. All items MUST be returned in the same condition as sent.
