Critical Safety Instructions
- Avoid contact with moving components during operation. Do not insert hands into machinery.
- Adjust pressure roller screws to appropriate positions before operation. Ensure pressure rollers and plates maintain proper contact, with all three adjustment screws aligned horizontally.
- Add lubricant to gear housing before initial operation. Avoid operating equipment without load for more than 2 minutes.
- Verify belt tension and fastener security before operation.
- Remove residual materials after operation to prevent equipment damage.
- If pressure rollers fail to rotate properly, tighten control screws first, then attempt power activation. If issues persist, slightly loosen then retighten adjacent screws.

Operation Procedures
- Add gear oil to lubrication port until level reaches one-quarter of working gear height
- Connect to 220V power supply, verify normal equipment operation
- Initial operation requires conditioning mixture: 40% fine sand, 50% wood dust (or alternative material), 10% lubricating oil. Conditions new die plates and rollers for smooth operation
- Adjust pressure rollers before operation. All four rollers must rotate simultaneously. Adjust control screws incrementally until proper rotation achieved
- Control feed rate during normal operation. Maintain consistent material moisture content through experimental adjustment
- After material processing, verify complete discharge from outlet. Residual conditioning materials in die holes will discharge with subsequent production runs
Operational Guidelines
- Prevent foreign material entry including stones or metal objects
- Apply high-temperature lubricant to roller bearings after extended operation periods
- Avoid pressure roller contact with die plate during no-load operation
- Maintain continuous material feed during granulation processes
- Secure pressure roller shaft fasteners to prevent component damage
- If granulation ceases, remove die plate, clean openings, add fibrous material, restart process
- Regularly inspect fastener tightness and lubrication system integrity
- Avoid hand insertion into feed opening - use appropriate tools for material guidance
- Begin with minimal material feed, conclude with residual material to prevent component contact
- If equipment jams, immediately stop operation, adjust pressure rollers, restart system
- Release adjustment bolts after each operation cycle
- Prohibit processing of metal objects or stones
- Regularly inspect belt tension and bearing condition, lubricate as required
