Critical Safety Instructions

  • Avoid contact with moving components during operation. Do not insert hands into machinery.

Operation Procedures

  • Add gear oil to lubrication port until level reaches one-quarter of working gear height
  • Connect to 220V power supply, verify normal equipment operation
  • Initial operation requires conditioning mixture: 40% fine sand, 50% wood dust (or alternative material), 10% lubricating oil. Conditions new die plates and rollers for smooth operation
  • Adjust pressure rollers before operation. All four rollers must rotate simultaneously. Adjust control screws incrementally until proper rotation achieved
  • Control feed rate during normal operation. Maintain consistent material moisture content through experimental adjustment
  • After material processing, verify complete discharge from outlet. Residual conditioning materials in die holes will discharge with subsequent production runs

Operational Guidelines

  • Prevent foreign material entry including stones or metal objects
  • Apply high-temperature lubricant to roller bearings after extended operation periods

Operating Principle and Advantages
