Great condition. The DJ had a plastic wrapper when I obtained it several years ago, and it has a little bit of wear at corners, a couple points along the edges, and top/bottom of spine. The title text at top of DJ spine has some fading; the rest of the type on the spine is normal. The book itself lies flat and square, and has a solid spine and tight binding. Minimal wear in the usual places. See pics.
