Shipping
We ship from Japan via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, Japan Post, or other couriers, and a tracking number will be provided.
Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send to another address, please update your address on eBay before placing an order.
Remote Area Delivery (FedEx/DHL/UPS):
If your address is considered a remote area by the courier, an additional surcharge may apply.
If this happens, we will contact you before shipping. If possible, we would appreciate your cooperation in covering the additional cost (typically around $15–$20).
Returns
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described.
EU buyers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (Right of Withdrawal). To exercise this right, you may use the "Return item" option from your Purchase History or Order Details page and select "Withdrawal from Contract" as the reason.
