This is very rare rubber toy from the 50s in the form of Bashful from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. It’s in rough shape due to its age and looks like someone cut the bottom, possibly to remove a squeaker? Cute though! Has his name etched in cursive. I haven’t found this exact one anywhere online in blue and red but did see the same figure in yellows.
