All figures are in “used / played with” condition. They are vintage from the late 80’s 90’s and some but rarely from the early 2000s. We do our best to point out any imperfections, scuffs, flaws, markings of any kind. We really try hard at Katwalk to give you the best information we can. Figures and accessories may be incomplete and have wear including bends, marks, scuffs, and scratches. Being that they are vintage played with action figures that they will have some kind of imperfections. We will provide as much details as we can in both the description and the photos. We are only human, and mistakes can be made. But that’s why we ask for open communication between our company and the customers. If any issues arise, we ask you to contact us. Additionally, we ask you to keep in mind that we don’t have any control over the postal services. Once we have dropped the package off it’s in the hands of the postal carrier. If the item is arriving late, we are not able to do anything about that. If the item is damaged in transport, we can do our best to help you out as much as we can. We would recommend taking your packing directly to your local postal service center with the box to show them the damages occurred during transit.
All items sold will be shipped out within the first 24 hours of the purchase, unless it’s the weekend or weather related. All items will be packaged with care. Figures will be wrapped up alone as the accessories/weapons will be bagged up next to the figure as well as the cardboard backing if it has one. Not all figures have all their weapons, accessories or even their cardboard backing, you will receive what is listed in the description and shown in the pictures. Reason we separate them is to prevent any more scuffs during shipment. Most shipping costs will run from $4.99 to $8.99 unless it’s a Lot that includes many figures or if it needs more insurance due to the value of the items. In that case we’ll work our hardest to find the best shipping cost we can.
