1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The blue indicator light illuminates, defaulting to Massage Mode 1 and low-intensity heat therapy.
2. While powered on, briefly press the power button to cycle through modes: Mode 1 (blue light flashes once) → Mode 2 (blue light flashes twice) → Mode 3 (blue light flashes three times). This cycle repeats. Changing massage modes does not affect the heat therapy setting.
3. While powered on, briefly press the heat button to cycle through modes: Low heat (red light flashes once) → High heat (red light flashes twice) → Heat off (blue light flashes three times). Heat mode changes do not affect the massage intensity.
4. After powering on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off. A brief press cycles through function modes.
5. When powering on with low battery, the red light flashes for 5 seconds and the device shuts down to prompt charging.
6. During charging, the red light stays on. When fully charged, the blue light stays on.
