Very rare vintage blinker controller for Christmas lights.
Made in the USSR in the 1960s. 

Made in the shape of the Soviet comic book character "Robot Samodelkin" 

The lights plug into the socket on the sides,  (only an older-style electrical plug will work). The blinking intensity is adjusted by turning the head.

It operates on 220 volts.

There are some minor signs of age and use, some minor scratches, and one small crack on the back. In my opinion, the condition is good for such an old and rare item. Take a look at the photos and video, and the decision is yours.

Both sockets on both sides work, the flicker intensity regulator works, will only work on old Christmas lights.
