Franked with a complete colorful crustacean marine life semi-postal set (lobster shrimp crab), cancelled with bold purple UNTEA United Nations circular date stamps dated 11 3 63. Addressed to R E Manson, Junction City Oregon, a known collector associated with Papua and West New Guinea postal history.
