About cue weight changes: At Nielsen's Billiards, we will try to get the cue as close as possible to the desired weight. Usually we can come within 1/10 of an ounce to the desired weight requests. Exact matches may not be possible, but we will try. We always try to do our best and keep our customers happy with prompt and courteous communication. Shipping items on the same or next business day is also a high priority as we know customers appreciate their item(s) as soon as possible. Our feedback is proof of our dedication to our customers. IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC WEIGHT REQUEST, please tell me when submitting payment. If submitting payment using paypal, you can put your weight request in the paypal message area. If you do not specify a weight, you will generally receive a cue around 19 ounces. Available weight range on this cue is generally from 18.5 to 20.5 ounces

FREE Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $0.00 for shipping in the continental US. Shipping will be via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and the shipment time is generally 1-4 business days depending on your location. We ship your order out the same or next business day upon receiving cleared payment.
Non Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $35.00 for shipping in the non continental US. General USPS shipping estimates do not apply to these locations! Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment time is 3-5 days. Non continental US destinations and territories outside the Continental US include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc. UPS is not available to non continental US locations. APO shipments are not trackable per US military mail. We require insurance on all APO shipments. APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21 business days.
International shipping - (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) International shipping is $69.00. Shipping to Canada is $49.00. All international shipping rates are quoted using USPS Priority International with tracking with ESTIMATED shipment time of 10-14 business days depending on your country's freight/mail forwarder and Customs Dept. Some countries like African, South America, some Middle Eastern and Island Nations may take longer. Predator Group policies prohibit us from shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, North Korea, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan and United Arab Emirates. Returns - On rare occasion the need to return an item occurs. With your return, you must include the original invoice that was included with your shipment. - We will take back any new and unused item and issue your Money back or exchange (buyer's
choice) within 30 days from the date that you received the
item. The only reduction in the refund will be the shipping and
handling fee. If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping
that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the total
refund. There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are
replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
