This is a Memories of Santa Collection figurine, specifically the 1903 "Bavarian St. Nicholas" model.

The collection, which began in 1983, features Santas inspired by antique chocolate molds and turn-of-the-century postcards, showing the evolution of Santa Claus throughout history. This Santa is in excellent condition, with no box. The figure stands approximately 8.5” tall
