In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

Provide information of purchase and details of the issue encountered with the product. Please, be informed that customer is required to return the unit to us. In the event of warranty, we would require the return of the part for inspection. The returns for warranty would need to be returned to our re-manufacturing plant in Latvia.

Upon receipt, we will thoroughly examine both its exterior and internal components and apply necessary testing procedures. Through this inspection and diagnostic process, we will determine the cause of failure and propose appropriate solutions. If you opt to return the part to our UK storage, please note that it will take approximately 3 weeks for us to inspect the turbo once it has been transferred to our Latvian factory. Please be aware that we do not have mechanics available in the UK to conduct testing or diagnostics on the parts.

Resolution:
Upon verification of the warranty claim, the company will repair or replace the product as agreed, if the claim will be confirmed under warranty condition.In the scenario of rejected claim, we would offer a replacement unit or repair for the part.

🔩 The main improvements that billet blades bring to turbines:
1. Greater strength and reliability
Billet blades are made from a homogeneous block of material, without pores or defects that can occur during the casting process.
They withstand high temperatures and rotational loads much better, so they are less likely to break or deform under very high overpressures.
2. Less weight and faster response (spool)
Due to CNC milling, it is possible to achieve a more precise and thinner blade design, thereby reducing the rotating mass.
Result: the turbine starts to inflate pressure earlier and responds faster to gas pedal movements (less “turbo lag”).
3. Better flow efficiency
Billet blades are designed with improved aerodynamics, as precision machining allows the use of more modern blade shapes.
This improves the airflow through the turbine, increasing its efficiency and, therefore, potentially, power.
4. Ability to achieve higher power
Due to both strength and optimal geometric shape, billet impellers are often able to operate reliably at higher pressures and speeds.
