USED: Risque set of x6 cups with different designs, showing a progressive female striptease. There does appear to be a glaze hairline crack-like line on the bottom of the fully dressed female, at the lower back of her dress, but this is not a crack that breaks the ceramic or carries through. The handle is substantial and structurally sound for lifting a full cup of liquid. There is some crazing of the glaze, as per normal with vintage ceramic pieces. There is a tiny spot at the very base of the back of the bottom-exposed cup, which presents as a manufacturing fault or possibly where the piece was touching another or the side wall of the kiln when glazed and therefore stuck and caught a tiny spot when removed from the kiln. It presents as a tiny chip, although it is barely noticeable except on closer examination. All X6 cups, fully glazed, are stamped with "JAPAN" and a 3-leaf clover type design.
